Hey, everybody! Hope you had a great Thanksgiving!
This update isn’t to announce anything new; rather, it’s to deal with an issue that we’ve been dealing with for quite some time. It’s easy (even for us) to sometimes forget that we’re still a young company, and we’re going to drop the ball sometimes. One thing we’ve always prided ourselves on is owning up to that. This has led to plenty of updates that feature heartfelt apologies and sincere pledges to do what we can to correct our mistakes and do right by our backers.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is not one of those times.
Just in case you don't feel like watching the video right now, here’s the deal: We get emails about the missing sixth Specialist card in Stuffed. Not an email, mind you. Not a couple of emails. We’re talking multiple emails over a span of...well, since the game was shipped.
Where’s my sixth Specialist card?!
Hey, guys...love the game, but somehow my sixth Specialist card got left out of the box. Can you send me one?
WHERE MY NEEDLE CARD GIMME NEEDLE SPESHLIST MY KID CRIES CUZ HE SAYS ALL HIS FIRENDS HAVE ONE AND ALSO NEED MY MONEY BACK AND 3 FREE STUFF BIRDYS

No matter how many times we point out the fact that there is no sixth Specialist card...we continue to get emails about the missing Specialist card. No matter that we've pointed out the page in the rules that explains exactly what the needle does...we continue to get emails about the missing Specialist card. No matter that wereiterated ON VIDEO in a previous update that there is no sixth Specialist (in fact, this may be the first time we've basically repeated an update)...we continue to get emails about that darn phantom Specialist card.
At a certain point, it just becomes too much. So we’ve decided to give the people what they want: A MAMAFRICKIN’ SIXTH SPECIALIST CARD.
Remember: You brought this on yourselves.
Here's the deal: We know this update doesn't apply to most of you. In fact,it likely doesn't apply to the vast majority of you. Our bet is that most of the people who have sent these emails probably picked up their copy of the game at a con, received it as a gift, etc. They probably skimmed the rules (hey, we're all guilty), didn't see the last update, and won't see this one. We get it. But that doesn't mean we're not going to have a little fun at their expense, now does it? (And now you can, too!)
So exclusive that NOBODY owns one!
Or then again, maybe the whole thing is just a conspiracy. (The page explaining the Specialists is on page six of the rule book, after all.) Whatever the case...have a great week!

Hi there, Stuffed backers!
It’s been a few months since our last update, so we wanted to check in. No reason. You know...just wanted to say “hi.” Shoot the bull for a bit. What? Can’t a company just update its backers to give a little no-ulterior-motive-at-all howdy-do?
We’d greatly appreciate it if you’d head on over to the campaign page to check out our newest game. In the meantime, here’s a sneak peek at Bijou, the Caribbean competitor in Bottletop Chicks. Her birden is she's addicted to adrenaline, and If you look closely at her shoulder, you’ll see that she's sponsored by a company whose logo you just might recognize. (Or I suppose you can just read who her sponsor is if you prefer to do things the easy way.)

Hey everyone in Stuffed Land!
We've recently received quite a few requests for a missing Needle Specialist Card that, simply put, doesn't actually exist. I told Jesse that there may be some confusion out there since the question keeps popping up, which was my first mistake. For those that may be confused, there is no Needle card, it's simply the sixth side of the Specialist Die that counts as a wild for the 5 heroes. Nothing is missing, so feel free to carry on with your day.
My second mistake was to ask Jesse to address this, which he does in the video below. But I wouldn't waste my time watching it since I already took care of sorting out the misunderstanding (and Jesse is an A**).

TRICK OR TREAT?

Happy Halloween, everyone!
By now, it's safe to say you are either one of those lucky backers that got their treat of a game already, or you are wondering if you've been tricked. No tricks here, I promise. Just slow.
ASIA: Still working, but I am pleased to have been introduced to someone that can keep me better informed. I hope to have more information soon.
AUSTRALIA: Almost complete. They reported to me this morning they hope to have the final parcels out Monday.
EUROPE: I can only assume Essen shut them down. I was told they were starting everything a week and a half ago, but it didn't happen. The communication was sporadic, but they have finally informed me that they are starting this week and hope to have everything out by then end of next week. To say I'm sorry for this delay would be an understatement. But it is on its way.
US, CANADA, REST OF WORLD: According to Ship Naked, everything has been sent. That doesn't mean it has arrived, but it does mean it has been dispatched.
I hope everyone that has received their game loves it as much as we do.
Also, a final reminder that we have 5 hours left in our latest Kickstarter campaign for D6. Even if you don't back it, please check it out.
THE BIRDEN CONTINUES

We are now in the middle of October and have given some of you physical proof Stuffed is real, while others have been kept patiently waiting. Whichever side you fall on, thank you for working with us as we get through the funnest aspect of Kickstarters. I'm pretty sure it's Jesse's fault for not giving the birdens larger wings so they could fly more swiftly.
One issue that was brought to our attention that slowed things down was the manufacturer didn't include the pink specialty dice in the extra sets some of you ordered. This immediately freaked me out as I imagined the headache that was inevitably going to be created, but luckily we had just enough spare pieces to complete the sets that were ordered. It has taken time to get the dice to each fulfillment house and to get them to manually add the dice to each package, but I'm happy this is being resolved.
For Europe, the extra time Stuffed lingered in customs has caused a cascade of timing issues. Unfortunately, we missed our fulfillment window with GamesQuest to get the games to you more quickly, and we are now waiting on them to complete their shipping obligations for Essen. I had reported my expectation games would start shipping last week, but I was wrong and this is not the case. I am told GamesQuest will start fulfillment for Stuffed the middle of next week. I'm sorry for the delay, but it will start moving soon. For everyone else, you should be receiving it soon if you haven't already.
Essen
We have received a lot of questions from backers who are wanting to know if we will be going to Essen this year. A month ago the answer would have been yes. But unfortunately due to a few unavoidable factors, we will not be going to Essen this year. We are all a little disappointed with having to make that decision. We simply felt focusing on fulfillment and our new campaign was the smarter choice this year.
PAX Unplugged
We may not be going to Essen, but we will have a booth at PAX Unplugged this year. The show is November 30 - December 2 in Philadelphia, PA. If you're going to the show be sure to stop by our booth and say hi.
